You, ONECan, ensure a constant source of nutritious food makes it to food pantry shelves across Mississippi.​

 

ONECan Society is Extra Table’s brand-new monthly giving program that makes it simple and powerful for anyone to help fight hunger in Mississippi, one month at a time. This special group is made up of caring individuals and households who have made financial commitments to Extra Table on a monthly basis to provide food for our neighbors in need.

Membership in ONECan Society is open to everyone. Whether you choose to give $15 or $50 each month, your contributions make a big impact! Monthly gifts provide Extra Table with reliable, predictable funding that is essential to keeping food on the shelves of 66 food pantry and soup kitchen partners across the state, every single month of the year.

ONECan Society members can direct their monthly gifts wherever their heart leads them - supporting general food purchasing, helping a specific food pantry in their own community, or contributing to administrative needs that keep Extra Table running efficiently. Gifts can be made automatically via credit card, bank draft, check, or online donation, making it easy to maintain your support without having to think about it each month.

The name “ONECan” is a reminder that one person can make a difference, and that one can of food, like a can of tuna packed with protein, can bring comfort and nutrition to a family facing hunger. Monthly gifts create a steady flow of resources that help Extra Table budget, buy and deliver nutritious, shelf-stable food at the lowest possible cost, multiplying every dollar’s impact.
