Many meal kits require meat, oil, broth or canned ingredients before they become
dinner. Extra Full is complete as packaged. Add the contents of one bag to five
cups of water, cook for approximately 30 minutes and serve.

The host funds the event and provides the volunteer team. Extra Table FEEDS manages the food, equipment, training, quality control and distribution coordination. At the end of one hour, the room can see 10,000 meals ready to move into the food-assistance or emergency-response network.
